Performance Characteristics of Acid-Resistant Black Direct-on Enamel RTU Powder
The acid-resistant black direct-on enamel RTU powder exhibits outstanding adhesion properties. Through advanced formulation design and production processes, it forms a strong porcelain layer when bonded with steel plates, significantly enhancing adhesion to metal surfaces.

Adhesion Performance
In terms of specific data, based on industry-standard impact testing, when a 1.5 kg impact hammer strikes test enamel steel plates with a thickness of 0.6 - 0.8 mm from a height of 300 mm, the enamel layer produced using our product remains fully adhered to the sample surface, maintaining a glossy appearance. The adhesion strength reaches the highest Level 1 standard. In contrast, similar products on the market under the same testing conditions may only achieve Level 3 adhesion strength, with impact points leaving behind 25% of porcelain debris, indicating a higher likelihood of layer peeling during impact.

Acid Resistance
For applications such as daily-use enamel or enamel ovens, enamel products often come into contact with various acidic media, making acid resistance a critical performance indicator. Our acid-resistant black direct-on enamel RTU powder possesses excellent acid resistance, maintaining stability in complex chemical environments and effectively protecting the steel substrate from corrosion.
In acid resistance testing, samples fired with the black direct-on enamel RTU powder were immersed in a 10% citric acid solution at room temperature for 15 minutes. After rinsing with water and drying, the surface showed almost no significant changes, maintaining good gloss and integrity. In contrast, some similar products in the same acid resistance testing environment only achieved a B-level anti-acid, significantly shortening their product lifespan.
The acid-resistant black direct-on enamel RTU powder demonstrates exceptional adhesion and acid stability, providing long-term reliable protection for products manufactured by enamel producers.
